Looking for a new way to support the veterans of our beloved nation? Interested in trying what CrossFit exercise can bring to your life in a friendly, beginner atmosphere? Curious to find out more about osteopathic medicine? You’ve come to the right place!
The American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine’s Council of the Osteopathic Student Government Presidents and Campbell University Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine would like you to join us for our DO4U’s Reps For Vets benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project at CrossFit007 gym on January 18th, 2015 from 10am-1pm. CrossFit007 is located on 125 Alexander Drive Lillington, NC 27546.
Get fit while raising money for our Wounded Warriors! No matter your level of fitness, CrossFit007 has created a special, entry-level fitness workout for all participants to try. CrossFit incorporates aerobic exercise with weight lifting in our very own “Workout of the Day”. There is no better way that participants can challenge their bodies with a new exercise while raising money and awareness for our Wounded Warrior Project and learning more about what osteopathic medicine can bring to you and your life.
This workout will be completed with a partner of your choosing. You and your partner will sign up for a heat time between 10am-1pm. The workout takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Videos of the workout can be found here:
